Bad mobile UI design

At my day job we’re in the process of moving from one Exchange system to another. As part of the pilot testing, a member of the IT staff was playing around with the Outlook Web App app for iOS. Due to a typo in his password, he was presented with this error which includes one of the more ambiguous selection of buttons that I’ve seen.
